*I am not currently accepting new clients for therapy. Please add your details to my waiting list here and I will be in touch once a slot becomes available.*
Life can take us off course and turn our worlds upside down, through trauma, loss, illness, late autism/audhd discovery and the many curve balls and ruptures that take us on unexpected turns.
My work is about helping you find your way home: to yourself, your story, your body and your sense of belonging in the world.
I’m an integrative and humanistic therapist, and I’ve been practicing as a psychotherapist for over a decade.
I draw from a range of approaches rather than following one fixed method, and at the heart of my work is a deeply person-centred, inclusive, and compassionate focused presence – creating space where your story can be heard, and valued just as it is.
My approach is trauma-informed, embodied, and neuro-inclusive and I start from the basis that every person, every nervous system, every story, and every way of experiencing the world is unique.
I work collaboratively and adaptively with you, meeting you where you are, and exploring what feels supportive and accessible for you.
I draw on humanistic and psychodynamic perspectives, and compassion-focused therapy. I weave these together with somatic, experience-sensitive, narrative, nature-based, and contemplative mindfulness practices; my work honours both science and soul.
Reclaimimg your story is at the heart of my approach. Never underestimate the power of being heard, and of being held in a space where you are seen and understood.
Therapy with me is an inclusive, collaborative process, a space to explore your story, your identity, and your becoming.
Together we work towards the insight, healing, and growth that matter most for you, so you can find your way home, from a place of authenticity, presence, and wholeness.
Who I Work With
I work inclusively with people of diverse identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences.
Many of the people I work with are finding their way home after/during a late neurodivergent discovery, burnout, ill health, cancer, chronic health conditions, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, marital breakdown, abuse (in all its forms) and/or the heaviness of not feeling seen or understood.
Some are in the aftermath of life spectacularly falling apart, and of beginning to begin again.
Whether you are exploring who you are, re-inhabiting your body and reclaiming your story after change, making sense of ‘what’ or ‘why’ or longing to feel more at home in yourself and the world. this space is for you.
How sessions work
Sessions are delivered on zoom and are for 50 minutes.
You can book your sessions in remotely via my booking system, giving you the freedom to book and change your session (up to 24 hours notice required) dependent on availability.
I don’t have a prescribed number of sessions that you must have with me, we will work together for as a long as you need and we will review progress as we go along.
Most of my clients typically work with me in the medium to long term, some will often come back after a period of therapy for a short term issue that they want to work through.
I only work with handful of clients at any one time, and therefore I prioritize those clients who are actively working with me and having regular and active sessions (this means weekly/fortnightly or monthly).
Please note: If you are a returning client (i.e we have worked together previously) please email me hellocatherineasta@gmail.com to discuss availability.
How much do sessions cost?
*For new/returning clients as of 1st November 2025 please note my prices:
Single session = £150
Block of 4 sessions = £580
Block of 6 sessions = £840
